At Schenströmska manor knights, elected assemblies, councilors and country squires have enjoyed lovely meals and stayed exquisitely over four centuries.
Our guests come here for a gastronomic experience to remember, and that is what they receive.
We keep to the Swedish traditions and create great food from the seasons best fresh ingredients and of course all food is prepared from scratch and the menu is varied and well balanced.
If you have any special requests or are allergic, please let us know when you make your reservation and we will arrange something especially for you.
We are happy to assist you on your selection of suitable wines for your food from our well stocked wine cellar. In the heading 'Drinks' in the menu to the left we have made a few suggestions of wines to accompany the food.
All the bread and pastries are baked on the premises.
